What we do

Remodels, demo to punch list

We self-perform the carpentry and tile work and hold our plumbers and electricians to the same standard. One contract, one crew, one person to call.

01

Kitchen remodels

Cabinetry, countertops, tile, lighting, and appliance layout — from a refresh to moving walls and plumbing.

02

Bathroom remodels

Custom tile showers, freestanding tubs, vanities, and waterproofing done right the first time.

03

Whole-house flips

Full gut and rebuild on a budget and timeline that protect your margin. Investor-friendly draw schedules.

Also: open-concept wall removal with proper beams and headers · flooring, trim, crown and built-ins · interior and exterior paint · rental and investor turnovers.

How it works

Four steps, no mystery

  1. 1

    Walkthrough

We meet on site, listen to what you want, and talk honestly about budget before anyone draws anything.

  2. 2

    Written proposal

A line-item scope with allowances, timeline, and payment schedule — usually back to you within a week.

  3. 3

    Build

Permits pulled, crew scheduled, weekly photo updates. Change orders in writing before the work happens.

  4. 4

    Final walk

We walk it together, knock out the punch list, and hand over warranties and manuals.

Day rate

Project Day

Some jobs are too small to bid and too many to keep putting off. Book a Project Day and I spend a full eight hours at your house working down the list — same standards, same clean-up at the end, one flat price.

$650

per day · labor only · 8 hours on site

Booked Monday through Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays stay open for active remodel jobs.

Materials are billed separately at cost. Send your list ahead of time and I will pick everything up before I arrive, so the day goes to work instead of parts runs.

What fits in a day

  • Door hanging, trim and casing
  • Drywall patching, texture and touch-up paint
  • Tile repairs, grout and caulk replacement
  • Faucet, vanity, toilet and light fixture swaps
  • Shelving, closet build-outs and mounted storage
  • Punch-list items another contractor left behind

What needs an estimate

  • Anything requiring a permit or inspection
  • Structural work, framing or load-bearing walls
  • Plumbing and electrical rough-in
  • Full kitchen, bath and whole-house remodels

That work is the bulk of what we do — it just needs a walkthrough and a line-itemed proposal instead of a day rate. Ask for an estimate.

Request a Project Day

I will look it over and tell you straight whether it is a one-day job before we put anything on the calendar.
